Delivery & Returns

At Stylex Cloud we aim to deliver the best possible service to our customers including quick order filling and timely dispatch. Please note however that sometimes Particular products may be located at a different branch or Location so some delays can be possible.

General Delivery

All Standard orders placed before 1.30pm will be posted on the same working day pending that Stock is available or can be brought over from a different branch in time, this does exclude weekends and bank hoildays and if you were to place your order on a Saturday this would be posted on the next working day (Monday). 

For DPD next working day deliveries all orders placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be processed the next working day (not including bank hoildays). If you were to place your order on Friday after 1.30pm your order will not be processed till Monday and will arrive on Tuesday or wednesday.

All DPD services offer a 95% chance of next working day delivery but on some occasions your order may be recieved the next following day. Please Note: All DPD Services available are not a guaranteed Next working Day Delivery.

Royal Mail Special guaranteed By 1pm Orders are currently the only guaranteed Next Day Delivery service offered. These orders must be placed between Monday to Friday before 1:30pm. We will always aim to dispatch these orders the same working day so that they arrive for the next day. For example, if you placed a Special guaranteed by 1pm delivery before 1.30pm on a friday this would be delivered on the saturday. 

Currently there is no delivery services for Sunday Delivery.

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all orders in the UK over £10.
