I am new to vaping where do I start?
First thing you are going to need is to start with a Starter Kit. This includes everything you’re going to need; Battery (The bottom part), Tank (The top part), Charger (To charge your battery) and a liquid to fill your tank.
Inside the tank is a coil which is like a filter which heats up and burns the more you use your device. With it heating up the is producing your vaper. The coil you will need to replace within 1-3 weeks depending on how often you use it.
With the E-liquid you need to choose the flavour which you think will be best for you. Some people like to replace the taste of tobacco to help them give us and some just like to get away from the taste. You have a choice from Tobacco all the way to Slush puppy.
The nicotine percent is the amount of nicotine in the liquid. 18% Nicotine is based on around people who smoke 20 cigarettes a day. If you find you want a softer hit then it will be best for you to go for a lower percentage.

Can I use vaping products alongside traditional tobacco products?
You can of course use tobacco alongside e-cigarettes, there are no rules. But we tend to find that if you are still craving tobacco, then the e-liquid you are using has too low a nicotine percentage for you, or the device is inferior or the liquid is inferior.
Do e-cigarettes and e-liquids produce a smell?
Some do, some don’t – some have a pleasant smell that resembles the taste of the e-liquid. Some have no smell at all.
Do I need different clearomizers for different flavours?
We suggest having one clearomizer for your tobacco e-liquids, one for your menthol e-liquids and another for your fruits.
You can use the same clearomizer for different flavours but bear in mind that there will be a little crossover for the first few hours.
How do I fill my Tank/Clearomizer?
There are a few different tanks which can be filled all different ways, one way is a top filling tank where you would apply liquid through the top. Another is a bottom filling tank which the liquid needs to apply into the bottom.
How to fill a top fill tank?
To fill a top filled tank with e-liquid, simply unscrew the top of the tank mouth piece and tipping the liquid on a 45-degree angle into the side not in the centre this tank could be named as a CE4/CE4 V3). Make sure you do not over fill this.
Smok Branded tanks come in a few different ways to fill in the top some slide to the left and have a slight hole you can apply the liquid to, some simply unscrew the whole top allowing you to put the liquid down the sides.
To Fill a bottom filled tank with e-liquid, simply tip your tank upside down and unscrew from the bottom of the tank pouring down the side of the tank not in the centre on a 45-degree angle. If the e-liquid does go down the centre this may cause your tank to leak the best way to clear this is to clean the centre of the tank out and replace your coil.
How do I turn my battery on and off?
Simply to turn your battery on and off click the fire button five times at a fast speed and the screen will disappear and to turn the device on simply do the same thing until the screen appears.
How long does my battery last before I need to recharge it?
The length of time your battery will last between charges will depend on the capacity it has and how often you use it.
650mAh = 6-8 hours of use (approximately)
900mAh = 9-11 hours of use (approximately)
1100mAh = 12-14 hours of use (approximately)
1300mAh = 15-16 hours of use (approximately)
How long will a 10ml bottle of E-liquid last me?
Everyone is different so your mileage may vary! Some people like to vape away all day while other people like to stick to their designated ‘vaping’ breaks. As a rough guide, an average 20 a day smoker of traditional cigarettes gets through a 10ml bottle every 10 days or so.
How old do you have to be to buy a vape product?
Stylex only sells to anyone above the age of 18.
Is it safe to take my vaping products on a plane?
You must check with the airline you are flying with – there is no law against carrying vaping products on planes, but the airline may have a policy against it.
My E-liquid is changing colour
Some of our e-liquids change colour as they mature. Don’t worry this will not have an impact on their flavour whatsoever!
There's E-liquid in my mouth
E-liquid can leak due to a few reasons, firstly you might have overfilled or flooded the tank where you fill the e-liquid which has caused the liquid to go into the centre of the tube leading to your mouth or the e-cig could have been drawn on to hard which is pulling the liquid through.
E-liquid can also leak if you have dropped or damaged your tank which can cause slight cracks to appear and the liquid will start to leak. Another Reason why your tank may be leaking could be that your coil inside could be slightly loose which can cause liquid to go around the coil leading into the airflow.
E-liquid may taste bitter so make sure you rinse your mouth out with water if this occurs. Use a paper towel to mop up any excess liquid you can see on and around the -cigarette and make sure it’s as dry as possible before usage. Please be rest assure that small amounts of e-liquid will not have a negative impact on your health.
What about the health issues?
Electronic cigarettes do NOT contain tobacco so they do not burn in the same way as traditional cigarettes. They do not produce ash, carbon monoxide, benzene or any of the other dangerous by-products which result from burning tobacco.
The vaporization process produces no smell or residue. People nearby do not face the passive smoking dangers that are associated with traditional cigarettes.
Scientific research carried out so far has concluded that electronic cigarettes are substantially less harmful than traditional cigarettes. One study has concluded that the risks are equivalent to those of using nicotine patches. Vapouriz electronic cigarettes are not for the use of those under 18 and they should always be kept away from children. They are not recommended for women who are pregnant or breast feeding
What am I actually inhaling?
Vapour made from evaporated Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerine, flavourings and (if applicable) nicotine. It is essentially 66% water with the rest made up of the above ingredients.
What does Temperature Controlled mean?
You set the temperature you want the atomiser to run at versus selecting the voltage or power output of the mod. This means that when you press the power button the e-cig mod monitors the temperature and intelligently adjusts the power to keep the coil at the desired temperature and maintain it.
What does the term 'vaping' mean?
The term ‘vaping’ and ‘to vape’ is merely describing the action of using an electronic cigarette. If you enjoy vaping, you might even call yourself a ‘vaper’.
When most people think of an electronic cigarette, they think it’s ‘like smoking’. In fact, there is no ‘smoke’ involved, merely water vapour.
What Nicotine Strength do I need?
The strength of e-liquid needed correlates with the number of tobacco cigarettes smoked per day.
If smoking more than or around 20 per day then 1.8% is advised.
If smoking more than 10 per day then 1.2% is advised.
If smoking more than 5 per day then 0.6% is advised.
Who is vaping designed for?
Anybody aged over 18 years old who wishes to have a safer alternative to smoking traditional tobacco products. Some products contain nicotine.
Why do i hear a wet crackling sound?
This means your e-cig’s clearomizer/cartomizer might have flooded.
Clean it by placing it vertically on a paper towel, or blow through the threaded part onto a paper towel where the liquid should flow out of the air flow.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: A quiet crackling sound is normal and if vapour is being produced, there is no need to worry. It is merely the e-liquid heating up.
Why does my packaging keep changing or look different?
Stylex tries to aim for simply the best box packaging and because of this we do change our packaging sometime. Don’t worry this won’t affect the quality of the goods inside.
Will vaping help me to quit smoking?
Vaping has made us and countless others stop smoking. There is no guarantee it will work for you, though 2.3million users and rising in the UK alone can't be wrong!
We should point out that a U.K. governing body, PHE (Public Health England) released a report in 2015 that stated vaping is 95% less harmful than smoking.
