Refunds and Returns Policy
We very much hope that you will be happy with the goods you purchase from our us however, if you are not satisfied or if you have changed your mind then this policy sets out what you can do.
Returns if you have changed your mind.
You have the right to return a product back to us within 30 days of receiving them. You can do this for any reason including if you have changed your mind if the product is sealed in its original packaging.
What cannot be returned?
You cannot return goods if the seal has been broken due to health protection or hygiene purposes (etc vape kits and coils). If you want to return goods you must make sure that the seals are still intact.
We do not accept returns on any e-liquids due to being a consumable item, the only time we will accept a return on e-liquid orders is due to a manufacturing fault or shipping error on our part in which we will replace them or provide a refund.
If you ordered the wrong product, we could exchange it as long as it is safely returned to us unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt. We do kindly ask that you pay for the return postage and packaging.
Occasionally goods purchased may stop working due to a manufacturing fault. We are aware that this is very inconvenient for you and we aim to resolve issues of this kind with the minimum fuss.
We recommend that you contact customer service at enquiries@stylexcloud or call us on 01708 922004 for advice. There may be fixes for the goods which we can help you with to make sure there is not another reason that it is not working as you expect.
If the goods you have purchased stop working within six (6) months of the date on which you received them then we will offer you a refund or exchange.
Once the faulty product has been returned back to us, we will test the fault to verify it. Please allow up to five working days for the fault to be checked. Should we not discover a fault, or that the fault has been caused by user error, we have the right to refuse the return. You will then have 14 days to collect your order.
Warranty is not guaranteed and only cover manufacturing faults. Damage, wear and tear or any subsequent damage that may occur are not covered under the warranty.
When returning any goods, you must make sure that the product is in its original packaging otherwise the return will be refused.
If the good are not what you ordered
Sometimes we may make mistakes and if by accident we have sent you the incorrect goods please contact us straight away so we can arrange an exchange. You can contact us on email@example.com or call us on 01708 922004
We will pay for the postage for returning the incorrect goods and will send you the correct good as soon as possible.
When returning goods to us it is important that you include your order number, reason for return or alternatively you can contact us to provide you with an RMA number which needs be included on return.

Stylex Cloud reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse items returned to us which do not fulfil the requirements above.
